Karla Reyes, MS, RD is a registered dietitian with more than a decade of experience helping patients improve their health through personalized nutrition care. Her background includes weight management, bariatric surgery, and nutrition support for patients using GLP-1 medications. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science in 2014 and her master’s degree in Nutrition in 2017 at the University of the Incarnate Word.
At ACE Plastic Surgery, Karla is passionate about guiding patients through every stage of their transformation. Her goal is to provide compassionate, practical nutrition support that promotes optimal healing, supports surgical outcomes, and empowers patients to build sustainable habits for long-term success.
Cecilia Rodriguez Nguyen
Cecilia Nguyen is delighted to step into the role of Practice Manager with Dr. Agustin Cornejo at ACE Plastic Surgery! A dedicated San Antonian since age 18, Cecilia has spent over two decades growing with the community she loves. She brings distinguished experience, including previous service as Director of Development at a local nonprofit where she championed individuals with special health care needs. Passionate about operational excellence and patient advocacy, Cecilia is eagerly looking forward to leading the team and collaborating with Dr. Cornejo on the big things coming for the practice.

My name is Lorena Montalvo, a Licensed Esthetician. I am passionate about helping others achieve their best skin health and confidence. With a natural talent for skincare and a keen eye for detail, I am dedicated to learning the latest techniques and treatments in the beauty industry. I combine my knowledge of dermatology with genuine care for my clients’ well-being. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with natural skincare recipes and staying updated on emerging beauty trends. My goal is to open my own skincare clinic, where I can provide personalized and transformative experiences for my clients.

I graduated from UT Austin with a BSN and IUPUI with a MSN. As a registered nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I am thrilled to leverage my nursing skills in the aesthetic realm, providing customized facial treatment plans & attentive care to enhance patient confidence and natural well-being.
I fell in love with aesthetics 5 years ago after my own experience with injections and injectors that brought a new perspective of how science, health and art are combined beautifully in aesthetic practice!
